Return Policy
At our store, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can make a return according to the following terms:
Product Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
- The product must be in its original condition, without having been used or altered.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or has been sent incorrectly.
Exceptions – Non-returnable products
Returns are not accepted for products made upon special order (custom or personalized orders), as these are created exclusively according to the customer's preferences. Also, for hygiene reasons, products that have been used or show signs of wear are not returnable.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will inform you via email about the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, you can choose:
