Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the moment your payment is confirmed. During periods of increased load (e.g. holidays, sales), there may be slight delays, of which you will be informed promptly.

2. Shipping Methods and Times

Shipments are made via BOXNOW. Estimated delivery time is:

• 1-3 business days for urban centers
• 3-5 business days for remote or island areas

3. Shipping Cost

For orders within Greece, the shipping cost is €4.00, and for Cyprus, €8.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number, so you can track the progress of your package online.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed longer than the expected period, please contact us at heat.cup.help@gmail.com to check the status. Our store is not responsible for delays due to external factors (e.g. weather conditions, strikes, courier delays).

7. Shipping Damages

If the product arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, sending photos of the package and the product, so that we can resolve the issue immediately.
