By submitting an order, you state that you have filled in your details correctly and truthfully and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Our store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of pricing error, stock shortage, or suspicion of fraud.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are presented in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. The store reserves the right to change prices without notice, however, the price valid at the time of order submission remains fixed for that specific purchase.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from payment confirmation. Responsibility for shipping passes to the customer once the product is delivered to the courier company.
5. Returns
We follow the Return Policy described in detail on the "Return Policy" page. Note that custom or personalized orders are non-returnable.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content (texts, photos, designs, logos, etc.) is the intellectual property of Heat Cup or its respective owners and is protected by Greek and European legislation. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.
